The smart and attuned ate less calories, especially simple carbohydrates, moved every day in meaningful ways, lived diurnal lives (up and out pre-sunrise, in and down after dinner), got more downtime (when things were clicking), enjoyed more fulfillment in their daily activities, did not live alone or so frequently in severely dysfunctional dynamics, excelled in cooperation, and were connected to nature.
